We offer our customers services in three business areas; interim logistics and procurement consultants, recruitment of buyers and logisticians, as well as development of our customers' supply chain operations in terms of strategies, models, methods, processes, structure and competence.
On behalf of our customer we are looking for a Customer order consultant for an assignment in Solna, north of Stockholm. The right candidate must be fluent in Swedish, English and at least one more Nordic language.
The role
As a Customer order consultant, you are responsible for developing and maintaining good customer relations. You work together with the sales representatives to give the customers the best possible service.
Main tasks
Order handling for all order types Follow up and coordination on a weekly and daily basisFollow up on warehouse and transportation error and Negative Inventory Corrective Action Reporting in ETQ of all damaged good, warehouse mistakes and transportation errorsActively provide customers with back-order informationHandle Returns - identify original invoice amount and align with return policy, collect approvals and document in Order AttachmentParticipate in all required training and educations
Experience and competence
The right candidate is a service minded team player with an advanced level in English, written and spoken. Fluency in at least one other Nordic language besides Swedish is also required. We are looking for a person who is results and performance driven. You can proactively sense and quickly act on problems and opportunities. The assignment requires good cooperation and communication skills. You are flexible and well organized, pay attention to details and always put the needs of the customers first.
