The team consists of about 10 employees that handles customer orders and dispatch, production planning, logistics and export control, as well as contract management, customer support, purchasing and production.
Your main tasks are:
* To have a close contact with our customers, both domestically and internationally, in order to register and follow up customer orders
* To work together with our sales representatives, purchasers, engineers and project managers in various sales project
* To be part of the overall planning process in the supply team
Your profile
We believe that you have a good understanding of order handling, planning and logistics. It is also beneficial if you have experience from or interest in export control handling.
We also believe that you have a good knowledge of the MS Office package as well as experience of working in ERP systems. In your role, you will both have internal and external contacts, which demands a high level of communication and good skills in both English and Swedish
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

You will be part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team of about 50 people located at Saab's site in Hackefors, Linköping. The site covers all functions required by a small independent company within the company, from marketing and sales, to product development, production planning, customer support and logistics. Saab TransponderTech is part of Business Area Surveillance. We operate on a commercial market with relatively short sales cycles and are market leading with a truly global customer base.
