Danish, Finnish or Norwegian speaking Customer Operations Representative - Stockholm, Sweden

As a Customer Operations Representative you?ll be primarily responsible for providing optimal customer care support by efficiently and effectively processing internal and external queries and other support services as necessary, both verbally and written. The majority of workload will involve data-inputting where the work needs to be understandable and accurate with high attention to detail in a fast pace environment

Principle accountabilities

• As a Customer Operations Representative you will be the local point of contact for issues raised by Customer Services in Dublin
• Be the local point of contact regarding issues raised by the Sales & Marketing team
• Responsible for the creation of general offer documents based on sales requests and in line with pre-approved pricing structures. Handling any exceptions including gathering of approvals and create new customer accounts where applicable
• Be responsible for all activities related to Tenders including following local legislation, preparing and submitting documents, coordinating activities with other departments and reporting on tender activities
• Investigate customer claims for overcharging on invoiced price and approve/reject as appropriate

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

• As a Customer Operations Representative it is a must to have experience within a similar role and/or customer operations environment
• Experience working with a computerised order management system
• Danish, Finnish or Norwegian and English language skills to business standard
• Living in or willing to relocate to Stockholm, Sweden

Preferred requirements:

• As a Customer Operations Representative it is preferred that you have experience of working with an English speaking client/customer group

• Knowledge of Excel

• Priority setting and problem solving skills
