Would you like to become our new Customer Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and continuously seeking to find opportunities to grow our business? Are you committed to quality and are looking to learn and grow? The role of Customer Manager has very few boundaries regarding personal development and is an exiting step for one that likes to be challenged. Are you the person we are looking for?

In this role you will be responsible for the relationship towards a specific part of an important customer and the corresponding business portfolio. In more details this includes:

• ensuring a good continuous customer dialogue and satisfied customer
• responsibility to grow the existing customer business portfolio (account) i.e. make sure that we are selling more to that customer
• ensuring that all sales-gate decisions are performed during the sales phase
• leading case team through the sales phases
• creating a win-win situation for the customer and Tieto
• development of a strategy towards the customer including present business footprint, competitors? footprint and Tieto wanted position within 1-3 years from now.
• development of the relationship with the customer. This includes and requires a certain level of social skills.

All above items are developed in tight cooperation with key contacts within MU and Business Lines

We are looking for a person that is able to develop a trustful relationship with the customer, which is established when the customer values the dialogue both from a market perspective but also from a development perspective. This requires also an ability to learn about our offerings and current business to a certain extent. An ability to understand, on high level, embedded development and R&D is very important. To communicate swiftly internally with both contact persons within market unit and business lines are furthermore important.

The above characteristics are prerequisites but most important is to have a strong sales mind. Sales are in most cases achieved in term of creating value for the customer. This is a creative process involving key contacts both within Tieto and customer. Knowledge from ?solution selling? is beneficial.

The customer management role also includes financial focus regarding revenue, cost and contribution margin for the business portfolio. This requires an eye for details and financial understanding.

Furthermore, negotiating contracts with customer is part of the work items.

It is not critical that all of the above characteristics are strong from the beginning but one must be able to develop them swiftly. That requires a strong will and ability to learn and grow.
