hela Sverige We are looking for a talented person to join our Nordic Customer Logistics team in Gothenburg.
In this position you will have the possibility to work with strong brands in an international environment. Ylarslarou will collaborate with functions within the Nordic Supply Chain, Sales, Customers, the Logistics Service provider (LSP) and the Transport provider in order to ensure deliveries according to agreement with customers. You will continuously work to achieve the most cost efficient and sustainable distribution solution. In addition, you will also support the Customer Logistics team with some order administration. You belong to a team of seven great colleagues and report to the Nordic Customer Logistics Manager.
KEY TASKS:
Ensure that the daily deliveries are timely and correctly dispatched
Administer and resolve any transport related customer claims
Follow up on On-time performance and align with Transport provider
Invoice verification and cost control for the Nordic distribution
Order administration
Analyse distribution set up in order to identify potential improvements
Act as back up for colleagues in the Customer Logistics Team
YOUR BAKGROUND:
University degree or other relevant degree within supply chain or sales/accounting
2-3 years experience in similar work tasks
Good skills in Excel. Knowledge of SAP is considered a merit.
Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English both in speech and writing. Knowledge of other Nordic language is considered a merit.
