hela Sverige At customer load, we register payment card terminals in our business system, which we then load with software that is unique to each customer and then distributes to the customer. We work closely with different parts of the organization and partners several times a day. Large parts of the work are done in a PC environment, but physical work is also part of everyday life.Our main task is to keep SLA towards customers and to actively participate in production planning which is a prerequisite for our success
Your work assignments:
• Order management and registration of terminals in our business system (Visma)
• Application and software loading of customer-specific information
• Packaging and distribution of processed orders
• Troubleshooting and problem solving related to application loading
• Production planning
We Think You Have:
Secondary education and a few years of work experience. Good computer skills and basic knowledge of the Office package. In order to succeed in the role, we see that you are careful and structured in your work, technically interested and have an understanding of the technology and manage to work as well independently as in a group. As a person, you are driven and want to constantly develop in your career and enjoy working in a changing environment. It is important that you are committed and maintain a high level of service and quality. In the selection of this service, we attach great importance to personal suitability.
