To increase synergies and take our Swedish Customer team to the next level we're now looking for a Customer Lead. Could you be the next adventurer to join our team?

Hi there, hey, hello! We are Tibber, the energy company that wants you to use less energy. Whaaat? That's right. We'll get back to that. Yes, we are by definition an energy company, but we're more techy than most. How and why you might ask. Well, a third of our employees are actually working on developing products and solutions that can help you use energy in a smarter way. Our main goal is to empower people, and to reduce the amount of energy being used unnecessarily all around the globe - with the help of cool fancy tech. Good for our customers, their wallets, and the planet.

This is the job
The purpose of the role is to set the local customer strategy, and translating our local goals into the House of Customer by aligning with all the different teams within the house. You will be driving and owning customer related projects, and responsible for the customer As this is a new role you'll be part of forming it going forward, but it will also include:

Analyze customer behavior, identifying and share customer insights with the country leadership team, plan actions, and execute on improvements and untapped potential.

Prioritize and drive strategic projects that is important for the local House of Customer.

Leverage learnings from other markets, and translate it into the local customer strategy.

This role will be working closely with the Swedish customer and country organization, but also the global House of Customer leadership team.

To thrive in this role we believe you have strong affinity for tech-products and a curious mindset to be able to understand our target groups' needs and feelings. You're a self started that work in a proactive way and lead by example. To succeed in this role we believe you're a great communicator who's used with analyzing customer data to find growth opportunities.

In addition to having a strategic mindset, you love getting into the nitty gritty details and is not afraid to get your hands dirty.
