About the role
As Customer Insights Specialist you will be the expert in quantitative modelling and analytics, using data to drive business through our local teams and resources across the world. We are looking for a truly passionate and data-driven analyst who wants to make an impact on customers' life.
The role as Customer Insights Specialist is highly visible, you will work cross-functional across our teams; Marketing, Commercial Excellence, CRM, Local Markets etc. You will leverage different data sources to generate powerful customer insights and proactively identifying actions on how to make our offering and concept as relevant as possible towards our customers.
You will be reporting to Head of Brand and Activation Team and be a part of the Strategy and Commercial Excellence team. The role is full time and based at the headquarters in Hyllie.
Your responsibilities
• Execute quantitative customer data analytics to drive deeper insights for the business
• Develop and enhance volume, depth and flow of customer data in our local and global business
• Drive segmentation and targeting and other multidimensional customer insights to generate impactful knowledge
• Supports Teams in strategic initiatives, including the development of new customer approaches
• Partner with the local market/region's sales resources and team across the organization with actions and priorities based on customer data
About you
To be successful in this role you must love data and quantitative modelling alongside with a strong interest in understanding key business drivers outside of the analytics. You are curious and have a proactive approach with a high level of personal ownership. You can influence key decisions through persuasive use of data. You are solution driven and result oriented, as well as having a strong bias towards actions.
• Highly skilled in one of the following tools: Excel, SQL, Python, DAX
• Experience of translating large amounts of complex data into simple / meaningful reports
• Advanced quantitative modelling and analytics
• Bachelor or M.Sc. in data science, quantitative economics, Business or similar technical degree
• Commercial, data-driven bias and track-record
