Clik Recruitment are looking for a Customer Insight Analyst to a fast growing established telecom company. The role will consist of working in a team of experienced analysts that sits in the heart of the company. You will analyze different areas like sales, services and churn across the whole company. You are expected to contribute to future development of the team by suggesting actionable insights that will create business value for the company.

We would like you to have:

• Degree in Statistics, Economy, Finance, Mathematics or similar
• 2+ years of work experience with SAS Enterprise Miner and/or Guide, or similar tools
• Experience from banking, insurance or retail is meritorious
• Strong knowledge in SQL
• A high level of business understanding is crucial!

Since the role consists of presentations for stakeholders across the whole company, we are looking for communicative candidates with a strong sense of business understanding.
