To maintain our leading position within the world of vegetable oils, we are now looking for a Customer Innovation Trainee, to join our Dairy Customer Innovation team.

As our new Customer Innovation Trainee, Dairy you will actively participate in projects both internally and with customers. You will work in close cooperation with colleagues and customers to develop and optimize products and applications for the traditional dairy industry and also plant based dairy, covering applications like whippable toppings, cheese, yellow fats, ice cream fats and ice cream coating fats.

As you develop your skills you will be leading customer projects and managing your own customer portfolio together with Sales. That includes a lot of customer meetings to identify customer needs and to build up technical relations. You will be technical specialist for your customers and provide solution implementation, trouble shooting, and assist with other technical issues when needed. You will also be active in the solution development in AAK's dairy pilot plants and labs.
Do you have a global outlook and a co-development approach?
To succeed in this role you hold a Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent and you are eager to meet our customers on their home field. You have good communication skills and are fluent in English.
You must have a strong interest in working in a global and multicultural setting requiring cultural awareness, outlook, integrity and flexibility. You are characterized by being a pro-active, customer-oriented, responsible, flexible, analytic, well organised and enthusiastic team player.
