| * Identification of affected customer as a part of the planned work process. |
| * Investigation in different support systems and management systems. |
| * Preparation of work material regarding affected customer as a part of Customer Impact Analysis process. |
| * Reporting of affected end customers. |
| * Update of relevant documentation. |
| * Support planners with information of Customer Impact Process related questions. |
| * Development of procedures, routins etc. within the workfield. |
| * Drive and implement improvements within the workfield. |
|- Master of science in engineering |
|- Previously experience in working transmission and datacom networks preferable. |
|- Industry training in transport technologies preferable. |
|- Proactive, self motivated and service minded approach. |
