Customer Fulfillment Specialist, MU NOBA As a Customer Fulfillment Specialist your primarily focus will be to secure deliveries of smartphones, tablets and accessories according to customers expectations, maximizing current months' sales, and to support successful product launch executions. To be successful in this role, we believe that you are service-minded and flexible, good at planning and organizing and have excellent communication skills. We believe the ideal candidate have ambitions to grow within Sony. We can offer the successful candidate a key role in a growing business operating in a fast changing environment. This is an external and internal customer-facing role with many interactions and exposure with customers, freight forwarders, sales team members and global functions at Sony Mobile. The position holder reports to the Director of Business Control & Planning for Region Europe East, and is based in Kista, Sweden, at the Nordic & Baltic Hub office.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Main tasks and responsibilities: Manage customer's orders and deliveries of phones, tablet and accessories in Sweden Interact with customers in product fulfillment areas to maximize customer satisfaction. Work very close to the sales team and support with volume planning and forecasting. Manage credit and claims processes in a efficient manner. Share information to customers and Sony colleagues in a timely and clear manner. Drive improvement projects and maintain supporting tools Competence and experience required: Working experience in order handling or supply chain management Academic qualification preferred Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with SAP Working experience from a multi-national/global environment. Service minded, thorough and ability to work independently as well as in a team Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English languages
