What you'll do?As a function owner, you will drive and follow a technical development of your specific function. In your role, you will be the spider in the network and have contact with both internal and external customers. Through close collaboration with customers, project managers, system engineers, software engineers and data collectors, you are actively working to optimize and solve problems that may arise in the function. The service involves a specialist responsibility where you are expected to be able to support the technology behind it. It also involves some trips where you visit the customers that Veoneer collaborates with.
For example, you will
• Be a specialist and responsible for driving and developing your function
• Responsible for customer contact within your specific area
• Periodically lead smaller teams.
What you'll bringWe prefer that you have a degree in engineering, electronics, software or equivalent. Through your good understanding of systems and software development, you will specialize in a feature and learn everything about how this works. We would like you to have experience with working with customers and are used to running task force-like activities.
To succeed in the role, we prefer that you also have about 5 years of work experience in system development and good knowledge of English and Swedish in spoken and written terms. We regard it as a prerequisite if you have worked as a technical project manager and developer for embedded systems. Leadership experience and experience from the automotive industry are also seen as highly credible.
To fit this service requires that you are problem-solving and can take your own initiative. You are easy to customize and can drive your work on your own. You also have pondus and can stand for your cause while you are responsive and strive to maintain good relationship
