Does your heart beat a little extra for books, problem-solving and customer experience? Are you a "people person" who's passionate about giving customers the best possible service and like to familiarize yourself with tricky questions? Do you have a good understanding of the Finnish market as well as communicate fluently in Finnish? Great! Then keep reading why this temporary position may be the perfect opportunity for you!

Since day one, BookBeat has been the leading audiobook service on the Finnish market and the growth journey in our neighboring country continues. To ensure that our fantastic Finnish customers receive the best possible help, we are now looking for a Finnish-speaking superstar that will join the team as soon as possible and until 2023-12-31. If you love books, technology and being in contact with customers as well as want to be part of the BookBeat journey, this is a golden opportunity that you don't want to miss!

As a Customer Experience Support Finland you will learn all about how BookBeat works and be responsible to solve trickier customer issues. You are also involved in different projects to contribute with your customer insights. You will mainly answer our customers in writing, but when needed you might also support them on the phone. Your focus will be on the Finnish market but support on other markets may be needed from time to time - therefore you should feel confident communicating fluently in English and be able to understand Swedish as well (additional languages are a plus). You will work closely with other teams at BookBeat to analyze, understand, and resolve issues and problems. In other words, a diversified role with the customer at heart!

As our team works proactively with the entire customer experience and this role means a great deal of responsibility, it is important to us that you are curious, take own initiatives, and not afraid to help out where needed. Communicative, independent, and service-oriented are other characteristics that describe you!

As our next colleague, you will be part of the product team and report directly to our Customer Experience Manager. We apply flex time and your future workplace is our head office at Sveavägen 56 in Stockholm. This is a temporary position until 2023-12-31 and we would love for you to join the team as soon as possible.

We are looking for someone who:

• genuinely wants to understand our customers and gets energy from giving first-class service

• is a true problem solver and finds no problem too small or large

• communicates fluently in Finnish and English as well as understands Swedish. You will primarily provide support in Finnish, but may also handle matters in English

• is outgoing and appreciates the contact with different types of people

• is an unpretentious and independent "doer"

• is a team-player and likes to share your knowledge and experience

We believe you:

• are passionate about and have experience from giving service to customers

• want to learn all about how BookBeat works

• are a superstar at expressing yourself in writing and to adjust your language to the receiver

• get motivated by challenging work tasks and like to work in a changing environment

It is an advantage if you:

• have experience from app, e-commerce or a subscription service

Does this sound like an opportunity for you? Then we can't wait for your application! If you have any questions, you are more than welcome to contact our Customer Experience Manager, Veronica Pettersson, at veronica.pettersson@bookbeat.com.

As an employee of BookBeat AB, you can enjoy a benefit package that includes the following:

ITP1 occupational pension
Occupational group life insurance, work injury insurance & business travel insurance
Yearly wellness allowance
Weekly wellness hour
Working equipment (computer and phone) as well as phone subscription

In addition to our benefits, we'll also provide you with:

An office located in the heart of Stockholm
... including access to a full gym complete with a sauna! We also arrange other fun wellness activities, such as our own running club
The opportunity to grow in your role and career, including challenging & educational work tasks as well as opportunities for education
Fun activities together with colleagues! At BookBeat you'll enjoy weekly Friday afternoon mingles, monthly company breakfasts and other work events such as Holiday & summer parties, and frequent company wide events
The opportunity to explore projects that you might not have time to do in your day-to-day work during Hack Days
Knowledge sharing opportunities, e.g. during our weekly Friday demo where different teams share what they've been or will be working on. Knowledge sharing is also an integral part of our everyday work
(Last but definitely not least) A wonderful and skilled team and manager that will support you throughout your employment!

Share what you know
Curiosity for our users and us
Build Team BookBeat
