What will you do?
As a Customer Experience Manager you are truly passionate about service and customer satisfaction. You are a source for inspiration and you will train, support and coach our leaders and colleagues in creating a culture that will enable us to deliver an excellent customer experience. By doing that you will contribute to increase the Stena Line brand loyalty and make us an even more successful and attractive company.

Some of your key responsibilities:

• Coordinate, implement and develop service improvement process for business region Germany, Norway and Denmark
• Design and deliver training programs for leaders, within the different touchpoints, to improve service, sales, quality, performance and efficiency
• Support OSS managers to create a service and sales-culture onboard
• Follow up service and quality results through our Customer Satisfaction Survey and mystery traveller
• Network, collaborate and work cross-functional over business regions, in close cooperation with our Onboard Sales and Service Managers and Service Managers

• Solid experience and knowledge in sales and service
• An understanding in how culture, behaviors and leadership makes a positive impact on results
• Experience from working with training and/or as a facilitator
