About the role
As our Customer Experience Manager, you will hold a key leadership role with full line management responsibility for our Nordic Customer Experience, Sales Operations, and Accounts Receivable teams. You will lead a holistic and collaborative customer organization, bringing together specialists across functions and partner hubs to deliver operational excellence and a superior customer experience.
This role combines people leadership, operational ownership, and systems-driven transformation. You will own the Nordic Operations & Systems agenda with a strong focus on Order to Deliver (O2D) and Sales Operations, ensuring performance, continuous improvement, and strong customer outcomes across the end-to-end customer journey.

What You'll Do;
Own Nordic Order to Deliver (O2D) Performance & Governance:

Act as Nordic O2D process and improvement owner, delivering dispatch rate and customer satisfaction targets.

Lead customer-facing operational governance and external meeting agendas across Nordics.

Manage performance and relationships with CFS, Order Entry, and Order Validation hubs.

Oversee logistics claims, month-end processes, and integration of new customers and channels.

Drive O2D-related transformation initiatives and continuous improvement.

Drive Sales Operations and Accounts Receivable Excellence:

Own the Nordic Sales Operations and AR process and improvement agenda.

Lead operational excellence, including performance management of Sales Operations and AR hubs.

Govern O2C claims, drive claim and debts reduction initiatives.

Deliver tools and process transformation within Sales Operations and AR.

Lead Operations & Systems Transformation:

Champion end-to-end systems connectivity and cross-functional process improvements.

Translate data-driven insights into actionable improvements across the customer journey.

Partner closely with Customer Development and key stakeholders to align operational execution with commercial priorities.

What you'll need
We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic leader with a strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain operations and the full Order to Cash cycle.
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, including 2 + years in leadership or people-management roles. Ideally you have experience in retail customer environments, preferably in FMCG and across logistics, planning, or commercial areas. You have experience in SAP or other ERP software with good knowledge in Excell. You are fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in an additional Nordic language is considered a strong advantage.
You bring a strong can-do mindset and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where collaboration and continuous improvement are key. You are motivated by driving effectiveness and finding smarter ways of working, while maintaining structure and adherence to established processes.
With a natural ability to build trust and strong partnerships, you confidently engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally. Your communication style is clear, professional, and solution-oriented, enabling you to navigate complexity and create alignment across teams and functions.
