Do you want to get the opportunity to lead the Safmarine Customer Experience team for Sweden and Norway? Do you have the experience and will to motivate and lead a team of highly dedicated Safmariners to deliver an excellent customer experience? If so, you might be our next Customer Experience Manager!

We Offer

In this position we offer an excellent opportunity to lead the commercial organisation in Sweden and Norway.

You will have a seat in the Cluster Leadership Team, with the possibility to influence and develop the Safmarine Scandinavia Cluster organisation into the future.

It's a great opportunity for leadership development and you will be working in an international environment with daily contacts with Safmarine peers around the globe.

It is a very challenging and rewarding role as you will coach and manage a professional commercial team and work with a highly-committed leadership team. This will equip you with further management competencies and a track record for future career development within the liner business.

A great opportunity to improve your internal network as well as developing the network with key stakeholders in the market place.

The position will be located in our agency head office in Gothenburg.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team of professional customer experience partners
• Coach and develop your team for the future
• Deploys objectives and ensures its alignment within the team
• Coordinate with our Global Service Center
• Ensures the consistent delivery in line with the Safmarine brand
• Contributes to the Commercial Pipeline Management using our CRM system Salesforce.com
• Drives and builds strong relationships with customers
• Plans and deploys the understanding of customers business and needs to the Customer Experience organization
• Ambassador of the Safmarine business culture - Living Orange
• Drives overall continuous improvement opportunities and change management
• Deliver agreed sales targets based on quote follow up

Who we are looking for

• A person with a positive attitude, who is interested in winning as a team.
• A Bachelor degree holder or similar.
• A person with minimum 5 years' of leadership experience, preferably within our business.
• A person with minimum 5 years' experience in sales or customer service.
• A successful candidate will be self-driven, results-oriented, ambitious and has a genuine interest in people.
• A skilled negotiator with strong networking skills.
• An inspirational leader with excellent coaching and people skills.
• A candidate who has fluent communication skills in written and spoken English and Swedish.
