Customer Experience Lead Opportunity (Consultant Role)
We are looking for a talented Customer Experience Lead to join our client based in Stockholm, a leader in mobile financial services, for an exciting consulting opportunity. This is your chance to make a significant impact by driving user-centered innovation in an industry undergoing rapid transformation.
Our client is evolving from a contract-based model to a scalable, product-led business. They are looking for a dynamic consultant who can help lead this transformation, ensuring their product development is driven by customer insights and market needs.
What You'll Do:
As the Customer Experience Lead, you'll work closely with our client's product management, customer success, and sales teams. Your role will be critical in helping them understand customer pain points, develop actionable insights, and create a seamless feedback loop between customers and product development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead efforts to deepen the understanding of customer and user needs.
Create detailed insights into customer journeys and build systems to track evolving user requirements.
Prototype and visualize new product concepts for feedback and testing.
Drive innovation through design thinking tools, such as design sprints and prototyping.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the product roadmap is shaped by market and user feedback.
Establish platforms and methods for rapid concept development and cost-efficient demos.

What You'll Achieve:
Develop a clear framework for user-centric product development, complete with tools, processes, and methodologies.
Train and guide the product management team on how to consistently gather customer insights.
Produce customer journey maps for key user segments.
Implement methods for early-stage product feedback and validation, using real-world examples.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a consultant with deep experience in design thinking, customer experience, and user-centered design. Your expertise will help our client continue to lead in the mobile money space, shaping the future of financial services and making them more accessible and inclusive.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Design Expertise: 15+ years of experience in design thinking, CX design, and user-centered initiatives.
Proven ability to prototype and test design concepts, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.

Technical & Agile Proficiency: Comfortable working in agile environments, using methodologies like SCRUM.
Adept at adapting to technological changes and working with iterative development processes.

Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to align design strategy with broader business objectives.

Organizational Understanding: Expertise in navigating organizational challenges and building support for customer-centric initiatives.
Experience with change management and driving cross-team collaboration.

International Experience: Experience working across multiple countries, with fluency in English.

Education & Certifications: Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Interaction or Service Design.
Certifications in Business Innovation or Strategy (IDEO U or similar) are a plus.

Industry Experience: Experience in finance, technology, education, or other relevant industries.

Tools & Methods: Proficiency with design and analytics tools like Miro, Figma, Adobe XD, Jira, Trello, and Google Analytics.


About the assignment
For this assignment you will be hired as a full-time consultant by Digitalenta. We offer our consultants a generous package including healthcare allowance, insurance policy, paid vacation days and pension savings. In addition, you'll also have a dedicated consultant manager available throughout your employment with us, in addition to optional networking activities with our network of consultants. The assignment is full-time between01 oct 2024 to30 aug 2025.
