We are now recruiting a Customer Demand Manager for Nordics to lead the IBP process and act as a key interface between our commercial and supply chain teams and head demand planning activities.

What you will do?
As Customer Demand Manager Nordics you will oversee and inspire a team of demand planners (you will have one team member). You will have a strong alignment with MSU management team and sales and marketing, and to collaborate with supply planning, logistics and customer service colleagues to ensure undisrupted supply to customers.
Your main responsibilities are further:
• Lead the monthly Demand Review with Nordic
• Ensure a robust long-term demand forecast for Nordics following IBP principles.
• Identify gaps between target and unconstrained demand plan and make gap closing proposal
• Lead the process to manage phase-outs and manage stocks around this
• Be the local driver of our ambitious program to further improve our IBP processes and systems

This is a permanent position starting as soon as possible and you will be placed at our site just outside Malmö, Sweden. You will report directly to Director Demand Planning EMEA who is placed at our HQ in Amsterdam.
Who you are?
As a person you have a strong solid interpersonal and influencing ability with a sense of empathy towards your team members and customers. You are a natural leader and a team player with an open mindset and optimism as you are a good communicator and influencer. You are highly analytical and confident with excellent communication skills at all levels. You have a strong business acumen, you understand requirements from internal and external customer and acts upon these. You are able to manage multiple stakeholders in various functions and levels of the organization, and you have great coordination skills, you prioritize and coordinate different requirements to ensure customer satisfaction and solid end to end delivery.
You enjoy a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key. You enjoy a high pace international environment and have an easy time adapting to new situations that arise. You are good at resolving problems and prioritising activities. In addition, you enjoy taking the initiative and performing with high quality.
To be successful in this position it is preferable that you have:
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or Science
• Preferably you are APICS certified
• Extensive experience in Demand Planning or Demand Management
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of IBP concepts and processes
• Familiar with planning and ERP systems (Advanced planning system)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, verbal and written.
