We are looking for a Customer Contact to join our Order Fulfillment team in Fagersta.
The team mission is to secure an efficient and customer-oriented order, shipping, and export administration, to deliver excellent service to our customers worldwide.
Take the opportunity to join outbound supply daily operations and bring Supply Chain into the next level regarding service and cooperation between our core business areas, regionally and globally, creating a fantastic customer experience.
Distribution Center in Fagersta is a global logistics provider within Tools & Attachment Division and within Epiroc Supply Chain EMENA Region. Our mission is to manage and develop a high quality and cost-effective supply chain for our customers, to manage the distribution of spare parts as well as orders and delivery of rock drilling equipment. Our primary goal is to support the Epiroc Customer Centers to succeed through high-quality deliveries on time.
In Epiroc Supply Chain EMENA region we together strive for operational excellence through our process-oriented focus and sharing of best practices within our region. We believe there is always a better way!
Your mission
As Customer Contact, Order Fulfillment team, you will be part of a team responsible for daily order management, export handling, invoicing and shipping with the mission to achieve successful and timely delivery of customer orders. You will establish numerous contacts externally with for example forwarders and customs brokers, as well as internally with colleagues all around the world.
Your responsibilities include:
* Daily outbound supply for RDC/GDC Fagersta and for the EMENA region
* Customer Service
* Order management, shipping, invoicing and export handling
* Continuous operational process improvement
* Support to regional supply chain projects may occur
This position reports to the Order Fulfillment Manager Fagersta.
Location
This position is located in Fagersta, Sweden.

Your profile
You have experience from distribution and order management. A related University degree, such as Business, Supply Chain Management or Logistics, or the equivalent through work experience, is an advantage. We expect you to be customer and process focused, service oriented and stimulated by working in an organization with a high tempo and ambition. You have excellent collaboration skills and enjoy working as a team. You have the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. You possess strong skills in communication and ERP systems. You are aware of customs and trade compliance regulations impacting our shipments. You are fluent in English, both verbal and written, additional languages are a plus. You believe there is always a better way and will bring a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with all functions, for the good of Epiroc.
