As customer contact you will be part of a team which is responsible to manage customer orders from receive until shipment. To keep both customer and internal production informed about the status of the orders and taking care of the customer needs is key in this function.
You will be reporting to the Team Leader Outbound.
Mission:
Maintaining a continuous contact with production planners, marketing, Customer Centers and distributors to ensure a high customer satisfaction.
Act customer oriented by offering an excellent service and establishing a good relationship with your internal and your external customers.
Working as a team to improve the processes and contributing to the department and company's goals.
Responsibility:
• the countries assigned to you, with the goal to best serve the customer
• support the customer in case of enquiry before the order
• perform the order entry, follow up the status until shipment and invoicing of all orders
• keep the customer informed in case of changes compared to what promised
• provide all needed documents and support to Finance and Marketing
• perform customs administration and banking administration in order to release the orders
Service and customer minded, you build constant and stable relationship.
It is a strength to have analytical mind set and relevant knowledge of and interest in logistic process.
