Your role
As an Customer configuration Engineer, you will mainly be part of different customer and internal development projects. You will, in your team, be responsible for the entire delivery from start to finish.
The main tasks are:
* Take part in projects to analyse and develop a system based on customer requirements
* Establish design specifications and other documentation for final configuration
* Close cooperation with project manager, software and hardware developers and other configuration engineers
* Build development & delivery structure in IFS
* Perform customer adaptations of Platform Baselines
* Verification of customer adaptations in house and at customer sites
* Act as stakeholder in R&D projects and design reviews to ensure that customer specific requirements are fulfilled
Your profile
To thrive in this role, you are proactive and take full responsibility for allocated tasks. You can easily create trust within the organization and are used to efficiently collaborate with team members. It's important that you are structured in your work, show drive, work pro-active and have an ability for self-management.
Required skills:
* Bachelor degree in Engineering
* Documented experience in testing and documentation
* Good understanding of network and telecom solutions
* Good communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
Desired skills:
* Experience from a similar role
* Military background
* Other language skills other than Swedish and English
* Driving License
