The Service Center department's primary goal is to deliver excellent service to Klarna's customers, both our end-consumers and the e-stores using our payment services. To reach our goals we need the best agents - this is where you come in.

As a Customer Communicator (QA) for Customer Service at Klarna you will be responsible for Quality Assurance, develop and measure the way we communicate with our customers as well as to coach and inspire the agents and develop their skills. Translation of documents will be a big part of your daily work, this could be translations for our intranet, e-mails to customers and a lot more.

You will be a part of the Quality Team who is focusing on giving every agent at Service Center the best opportunities to perform in a great way. Quality Team do this by taking care of information spreading, education, quality assurance and user support. In this role you will have the opportunity to influence the development of our Customer Service for the UK market. You will be located in our office in Stockholm but travels to UK will take place on a regular basis in order to take the lead in the quality work on site.

To succeed in this role you are a driven and outgoing person who have a strong interest in communication. You have experience from working at Customer Service and English is your native language. You are especially interested in written communication and have a strong desire to develop our quality in written communication both inside Klarna and to our customers. You have strong communication and pedagogical skills and you thrive on getting a great deal of responsibility and freedom.
