Canal Digital is a Nordic satellite Distributor with over 100 TV channels, an app and hardware to provide their Nordic customers with a high-quality TV experience. With Canal Digitals Play and On-demand services you can watch as much TV as you want, whenever and wherever you are.
The role as Customer Communication Specialist, Finland
Your team in the Brand and Marketing department consist of three colleagues at our Stockholm office, and a bunch of happy colleagues at the Norwegian office. You will work closely with corresponding roles in the other Nordic countries as well as team members from other departments. As Customer Communication Specialist for the Finnish market you will be responsible for planning the communication activities in Canal Digitals own channels. You also execute both Nordic and local customer communication initiatives. The role also includes:
Implementing Nordic campaigns on a local levelDevelop customer communication activities for the Finnish customer basePlan, produce and publish content in several channels such as Social Media, canaldigital.se and write communication email to our customersYou are a digital native who gladly shares your knowledge and coaches the teamThe role reports to the Head of Nordic Marketing Execution
Your qualifications
Fluent in FinnishVery good understanding of the local customer base and the Finnish market5+ years of experience in writing, planning, creating and implementing marketing and communication activities in digital channels.Good system knowledge in Adobe, Swirvl, Epi or similar systemsGood graphical skills and ability to use graphic tools such as In design, Premiere Pro, or equivalentStrong working knowledge of SEOStrong writing skillsExtensive experience working with Social MediaCollege/bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent
As Customer Communication Specialist you have a great interest in Social and digital media and coach your colleagues within the area. You have your manager in Norway and therefor you need to be self-motivated and independent as a person. If you are innovative, curious and people-oriented you will thrive with the colleagues in the Nordic countries.
