What you will do

In this position, you will be part of the Programs & Fulfilment team within Consumer Relations & Loyalty, Global Marketing. The team develops and manages one to one, personalised communication with consumers through the complete customer journey from the awareness phase through ownership and repurchase, always with the customer's perspective in focus.

As CRM Communication Operations Manager you will be responsible for securing the fulfilment and broadcasting of customer centric omni-channel communication for Volvo markets on the Sales Force Marketing Cloud platform. You will work closely with the CRM Platforms team which is responsible for the technical implementation and roll out of Marketing Cloud applications, to facilitate the adoption of new and current Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities with markets.

Other key stakeholders are the Content Development team, Brand & Insight team and CRM Content Integration team.

In your role your main tasks will consist of:
* Working closely with National Sales Companies worldwide to support and optimize their one-to-one customer communication
* Facilitating and developing communication journey building
* Supporting social CRM initiatives
* Localization of global master creative templates (email, SMS, DM etc)
* A/B testing and broadcasting
* Managing market trainings as necessary (via video link or on site according to needs)
* Cooperation with key central stakeholders to secure global communication alignment


You and your skills

To be able deliver and be successful in this role we believe that you have a university degree in a relevant area and at least a few years of experience in digital marketing and/or CRM. Furthermore, experience from creative work is preferable.

You need to be fluent in English, written and spoken and have experience from working in a multi-cultural environment with markets across different regions. In addition, knowledge and experience from Sales Force Marketing Cloud is meritorious.

As your role will involve daily contact with market representative from around the world a service focused mind-set and a good spirit will be appreciated. The area is still in an early phase so it is essential that you can easily adapt to a changing environment and have an eye for solutions and opportunities.
