Who we are
Scania is transforming, further strengthening the voice of the customer in all development work. This is a collective development objective for the whole Solutions Management department, and driven by our two Customer Collaboration Managers. You will also belong to a fantastic team, KTPX - Business Intelligence and Analytics, which focuses on customer and business insights.

About the role
While we have a strong history of involving customers and sales in our product development, there is significant potential for improvement and new opportunities to explore. Leading this effort will involve both small and large objectives. Small objectives include effectively communicating existing collaboration methods to maximize their use. Large objectives involve making strategic decisions about the kind of beta testing community of customers that would benefit Scania's development work.
To excel in this role, you will work cross-functionally, collaborating not only within Solutions Management but also with selected Business Units, cross functionally within Sales and Marketing, R&D Departments, and with various development initiatives. The position also involves business travel, offering you the chance to engage hands on with different teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Identify customer insights demands within the development community
Keep strengthening the Customer Collaboration Community, ensuring cross functional planning and insights sharing
Develop existing ways of working so even more stake holders are aware and make use of the customer insights that are created
Develop new, missing ways of working, including full implementation
Identify potential digital means of getting customer insights or feedback
Drive/host new and existing methods


Who you are
To be successful, you probably have a good awareness of the knowledge potential in the retail network or the demand for feedback and input at the development community, or both. On a personal level you strive to build wide contact networks with long term relationships through good collaboration, communication, structure and trust. You are both able to outline the strategic direction and get things done here and now. You can lead cross functional activities, making your colleagues want to go in the same direction. You are probably a senior Scania employee looking for an opportunity to make the whole company take a very big and positive step in our transformation.
