About the role
For our facility in Söderfors, Uppland, we are now looking to hire a manager for our Customer Centre. The department currently employ 15 people and is responsible for the following functions and processes:
• Internal sales and order administration
• Delivery and invoicing
• Construction and calculation
• Customer Project Management
About you
You're a service-minded professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for finding the right solutions. You work well together with colleagues and customers - building trust and relationships is like second nature to you. You're curious and driven, looking to learn, grow and be challenged in an exciting, ever-changing work environment.
We want to work with you who have a technical and/or economic education at least upper secondary school level, preferably with advanced further education. You are an experienced user of the Office package and are fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
You should preferably have experience from similar assignments such as sales management or administrative management of sales-related functions. Preferably also with a logistic and technical background.
As a person, we believe that you are positive, driven, curious, solution-oriented and have a high energy level. You have a strong focus on quality and performance in your way of thinking and acting. It is important that you have a good communicative ability and are good at both listening and influencing. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities that are characterized by your strong commitment and ability to build trust and build relationships.
Experience of business system IFS is an advantage.
You will be a part of the Management Team in Söderfors.
