ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Customer Care champion will work on a team that values and helps one another each and every day. Customers are at the heart of our business and mission, our aim is to provide the best possible experience for every customer whether they visit us in-store or online.
The ideal candidate will join us in our view that every day is a new adventure with exciting possibilities to solve problems and co-work with incredible colleagues, suppliers and customers. Through top-notch communication and a customer focused mentality, the Customer Care team member will support our organization in our mission to inspire our users with new adventures every day.
The position is a full-time position based in Stockholm, Sweden. You will report to the Customer Service Manager at Naturkompaniet. Due to COVID-19 we are currently working a lot from home.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
In more detail you will focus on the following:
Your focus area will be our customers in Norway, but you will also be involved with the eCom team for tasks such as translations for our website and newsletters.
Work in cross-functional teams for Naturkompaniet Norge
Represent the company and spread our philosophy to visitors in-store and online
You'll champion our products and share your passion with our customers
Operate systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX2012
Embrace and embody The Naturkompaniet Way; you'll represent an organization that celebrates quality, sustainability and doing business the right way


WHO YOU ARE
We think you would be a great match for the position if you possess the following experiences, traits and abilities:
You are responsive and joyful in providing customer care; Finding a solution and providing answers to customers gives you purpose and satisfaction
You are fluent in Norwegian and English (verbal/written), you communicate with empathy and understanding. Preferably you speak Swedish as well.
Listening is in your nature; You know how to identify customer pain points and needs through your intentional listening skills
You like to work with a team, but can motivate yourself, take on responsibility and work independently as well
Responsive and agile, you use creativity and employ flexibility to fulfil your job in an efficient, thorough, and high-quality manner
Identifying opportunities for improvement and providing solutions is second nature for you
While you are structured and organized in completing your to-do list, you thrive in a fast-paced environment that provides a variation of tasks
Some experience working in different business systems, it is great if you've had some exposure to Microsoft Dynamics AX2012
Passionate about sustainability and the outdoors, it is easy for you to share your values and interests. Your driven by a desire to enable more people to connect with nature and possess the ability to engage others in doing just that
