As a Customer Care Professional you work in a Front Office environment where your main duty is to answer inbound calls from customers. Their queries can vary from general information and statement questions to more complex escalations. There are some additional administrative tasks as part of the service we provide our customers, such as email servicing and post management. You work according to set goals of productivity and efficiency as well as quality.

• You are experienced with delivering service and working in an environment where the customer need is main priority - You are efficient and can manage many things in one go without compromising quality - You understand exceptional service and have a genuine interest in helping others and driving solutions - Working according to high standards and goals is a positive challenge for you - You work well in a team but you are also independent and self sufficient - You navigate easily on the computer and your writing skills in both Swedish and English are flawless

Customer Care Professionals - Finnish and Swedish Speakers
Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming calls from our Finnish card members
• Evaluating and analyzing account information while building relationships and providing extraordinary customer care
• Updating information to various data systems
• Providing support to our customers with their queries regarding i.e. invoicing, charges, statement copies, insurances, Membership Rewards and general questions about our products
This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.
Requirements:
• Previous experience from working with service, perhaps within customer care, sales, care or the restaurant industry
• You are used to a fast moving environment and like working in a high tempo
• Native Finnish speaker with a knowledge in Swedish and English, verbally and in writing
• Good PC skills and ability to learn new systems and processes easily
• Strong and efficient communication skills. Articulate, professional, clear and friendly
