Who are you?
• You are a team player with great people skills and easy to collaborate with
• You have a passion for helping people and are good at problem solving.
• You care about the details and have a strong drive to always want to improve the customers experience
• You are curious about how things work and have a will to learn
• You can express yourself fluently in both English and Swedish
• You preferably have previous experience in customer support
What will you do?
• You will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to us
• You will work close to the product development team to feedback customers input
• You will make sure that all relevant information is available to our customers in a user-friendly manner
• You will define processes and tools to secure that we are able to provide the best possible customer experience
• You will be part of defining the future for connected devices within Festina Group
