hela Sverige The Customer Care Data Subject Request Management Specialist is a role within Volvo Car Group, Global Customer Service (GCS). The Customer Care Data Protection Specialist has relevant knowledge of GDPR and its application in order to coordinate all regulatory activities within Customer Experience Operations (CXO) line of business.
The purpose of the Customer Care Data Protection Specialist is to handle, synchronize and manage direct customer contacts and Data Subject Requests to Volvo Car Corporation, to serve Volvo Car Group, its dealer network and National Sales Companies worldwide within Customer Relations and Data Subject Request Management.
What you'll do
* Ensure exceptional customer experience towards the end-user customers contacting Volvo Car Group, Gothenburg.
* Deliver statistical follow-up of the customer experience (Customer Care and Data Subject Request Management).
* Provide extensive support in customer handling to the National Sales Companies and the Executive Management Team members.
* Ensure the knowledge exchange with the relevant interacting departments.
* Support monitoring of CXOs compliance with applicable law and internal privacy policies, directives and guidelines.
* Support monitoring of systems development and operations for data compliance
* Establish reporting routines, ensuring that we align with our mission statement: to provide fast, accurate, and friendly customer care.
* Provide the customers with central interface within Volvo Car Group with regard to product quality, dealer and sales company issues.
* Ensure compliance with documented customer handling processes and monitor results using selected Target Conditions.
* Establish and maintain regular forums for reporting, discussing and deciding on actions that take us closer to the goal of providing customer care that inspires passion for Volvo.
You and your skills
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or similar.
* Excellent business communication skills (written and oral) and proficient in English and Swedish. Additional languages are meritorious.
* A deep understanding of customer experience as a strategic business assets.
* Ability to drive new initiatives
* Strong business acumen with analytical skills.
* Planning and project management skills.
* Driven with a sense of urgency
