We are a young, dynamic company and we offer an exclusive shopping experience and excellent customer service with the best mixture of high-quality and own designed brands. Babyshop.com is growing rapidly and therefore we are looking for a customer care agent.
Our goal is to become the leading e-commerce company within premium products for children clothing in the Northern and Eastern Europe.
We are looking for someone with the ambition to actively participate to give our customers the best possible service and shopping experience. You enjoy working in a high pace and being involved in projects such as increasing customer satisfaction or improving routines and processes - all to enable us to deliver the best solutions possible to our customers.
You are a executing "doer" who understands that the details make a difference and has an excellent command of the Norwegian and Swedish language. The ideal candidate will be a highly driven self-starter who is determined to deliver results.
The role is on part time and preferably 2 hours a day and suits you who study and want to work extra. The job include translation from Swedish to Norwegian and to give our customers service by answering their questions over phone, e-mail and social media.
You have ideally experience from customer service and preferably over phone or e-mail. We value most your drive and passion but it is an extra plus if you have experience within:
• Clothing retail
• E-commerce
• Children products
• Sales
• Customer care
• Translation
