We work with transactional and demographic customer data to optimize our promotions and communication. Our goals are to provide customer insights that are the basis for operational and strategical business decisions.
We are currently looking for a Customer Behaviour Specialist to further strengthen the customer centric focus at H&M. As a an Analyst, you work closely with other functions to support effective business decisions. You will be a part of the whole process from idea, data mining, analysis and communication of results. Your responsibility will be to translate sales target into customer base growth and suggest actions to reach the target.

Your responsibilities include:
Working with large datasets, identify trends and patterns, and draw meaningful insights from customer behavior data
Translate insight into clear recommendations that drive data driven decision-making
Use of data visualization tools to spread customer insight to stakeholders within the company
Set targets, predict and analyze customer base development for H&M's different markets
Help the company become even more customer centric and create a learning organization
Contribute in projects and respond to ad-hoc requests
Effectively communicate complex data insights and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization


Does this sound like you?
Independent, results-oriented and a problem solver: You need to be able to proactively identify the needs of the company and handle ambiguity, while also securing that the goals of the team are met
5-6 years experience working with big data and complex analysis
Experience in conducting customer / business analysis providing stakeholders with relevant insights and resulting in succesful (proven) decision making
Experience in contributing to and participating in Business Strategy developments
4-5 years experience in working with insights, converting insights into recommendations
Proven experience in development of BI reports and working with advance data analysis

This is a full-time permanent position to start as soon as possible with placement in Stockholm.
