We are seeking a candidate for the position of Customer and Cargo Coordination Manager for Atlantic Trade. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, possess a thorough understanding of the WalWil organization and its customer base, and a strong grasp of the key drivers of trade profitability.
To excel in this role, you must be a natural leader and team player, capable of setting clear goals and empowering your team to achieve their best. Prior experience in business operations or sales support is essential, as you will need to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization. It is also important to be able to strive in an a fast paced environment.
The primary objective of this position is to lead the Customer and Cargo Coordination team in an ever-changing environment and to ensure a continuous balance between customer satisfaction and trade profitability.
Requirements for the role:
Understanding of WalWil's trade patterns and the key drivers of trade profitability
Ability to act as a change agent, embracing and promoting change rather than adhering to old principles
Demonstrated leadership skills or experience leading stakeholders
Experience with shipping processes and systems
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of customer experience and voyage performance
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Shipping
