This multi-task position is built around the daily administrative and delivery responsibilities connected with maintaining customer relationships, logistics operations, and sourcing new business for the company to enable growth.
The position offers a real chance to be a part of a small but growing business with ambitious goals while earning a wealth of experience along the way.
You should have some experience in a similar role, a good personality, be goal-oriented, and be able to work on your own as well as part of a team. Above all it is important that you enjoy taking responsibility as you will be a very important part of making sure the business operates at its best.
You should also have strong work ethics, enjoy both physical and administrative tasks, and possess very good decision-making skills.
Main Responsibilities
General administrative duties (calls, emails, post, etc.).
Lead sourcing and online business presentations.
Logistics and order deliveries to customers.
Requirments and Qualifications
Very good verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum Upper Secondary School or College-level education.
Strong work ethics.
Experience within areas such as warehouse operations, delivery, logistics, sales, marketing, administration, customer relationship management, or similar is preferable.
Preferably a Swedish and English speaker.
A Driver's License is a strong requirement.
Must be able to provide a verifiable job reference.
Should be able to start within 2 weeks.
Very good physical condition
Pay Structure
Starting 20.000kr Basic Salary + Commission
Work Hours
8.00am to 17.15pm Mondays to Thursdays. (1.5hours lunch break)
8.00am to 16.00 on Fridays. (1 hour lunch break)
Total 40 hours per week.
