Customer Success Manager

The role
Joining our Custom Success team, you will be working directly with our key clients in the media market and function as the customer's spokesperson within the Burt organization. Working closely together with both the customer and the developer team at Burt, your task is to define and shape the customer's solution as well as the product roadmap of Burt. You will be given the opportunity to travel to our office in Manhattan, New York to meet our clients.

In this role you will need to develop a profound understanding of our customers' requirements, suggestions and needs and mediate them back to the development team. Minor code tweaking will be a part of your everyday tasks. You will work in an agile environment within the team where you will be endorsed to take initiative.

We believe that you:

• have experience and knowledge in programming
• a bachelor's or master's degree
• have excellent cross-cultural communications skills
• solution oriented and eager to learn
• are fluent in English, both written and spoken
It's a plus if you're familiar to Zendesk, Jira or Github, if you are proficient in Swedish and if you have any previous customer interaction experience.
