On behalf of our client we are searching for a Custom Consultant!
To be suitable for this position, you have a senior background in customs and have extensive knowledge of imports in Sweden (preferably also within the Nordic region).
Your tasks will be to support the import controls with the following:
• Checking the value declarations against the support documentation of an import.
• Checking the correct usage of an origin certificate in the import process and request a correction to the customs broker in case is needed.
• Downloading and analyzing reports from the customs authorities' web site.
• Creating and uploading reports for CBAM every quarter.

Qualifications
• Customs knowledge (process, step by step, legislation etc): Imports in Sweden, preferably also within the Nordic countries.
• Previous experience from working with companies like customs brokers or freight forwarders.
• Microsoft office knowledge.
• Knowledge about CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism).
• Knowledge about Inward processing relief or Authorized Economic Operator (AEO)
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Admission and Application
Full time, office hours. Our client want the consultant to start immediately and the assignment is expected to run until 31-dec-2024, with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters and work as a consultant for our exciting client in Lund. You need to be on-site most of the time, but some remote work will be possible.
