You will be responsible to drive GE Healthcare Life Sciences Lab filtration business for standard and custom ranges within the Nordic/BeNeLux region with a strong focus on New and reoccurring Custom business to our biotechs, academic, pharma and industrial customers. Success in the role requires very active promotion of products and solutions in the field to the end-users.



Essential Responsibilities:
You will be also responsible to work with the Consumable Sales Specialist to manage direct and indirect strategy for Lab Filtration -support, motivate, train. You will also work close to our account managers and help drive awareness of the Custom business and drive sales growth.
Achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
Create end user demand for both direct and indirect customers and spend at least 70% of time in the field
Motivate, encourage and support distributors to promote Lab filtration ranges in named key accounts
Define, drive custom sales mainly with Diagnostic, industrials customers
Support Account Managers and Consumables Specialist on both ranges
Sales negotiation and deal closure, interfacing with all key buying influencers such as direct users and decision makers
Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge of GE and competitive products.
Actively use CRM system (Salesforce.com) to ensure transparency and total customer management
Utilise CRM system to forecast and monitor business weekly.

Candidates should note that this role will be in scope for the proposed transition of GE Biopharma to Danaher and will transfer to Danaher at close of this transaction.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Degree and experience from the field of filtration applications ,products or equivalent knowledge or experience
Preferably strongconsultative sales experience
Willingness to travel within your specified geographic region with occasional overnight stays
Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products
Valid driving license
Fluent in English with good knowledge of both written and verbal English

Knowledge and experience in the field of filtration
Experience in working with different teams and with distributors
Robust interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work independently as well as with a team
Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data and develop financially sound sales solutions
Strong communication skills and ability to synthesize complex issues into simple messages
Demonstrated ability for prioritization and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated experience of presentations to promote new business growth.
