1. Executive Summary
The overall goal is to improve Currency Exchange business in Ria stores in the Nordics. You will report to Norway and Sweden Country manager, dotted line to FX manager Europe.
2. Principal accountabilities- This section formally defines the major and results
Business orientation
• Maximise foreign exchange revenues, follow up targets and results
• Support the teams on daily operations: Ensure minimun stocks are available and excedents sent to the wholesaler and vault
• Sales action plan execution: Strategy and tactic implementation in POS and Hot Spots
Sales and marketing
• Marketing management: Make sure the sales support materials are in place (negotiate with internal customers, marketing department, external providers etc)
• Signage, POS, BTL and ABL, marketing activities such as events etc
• Review marketing materials (light boxes, stickers, rate boards. led screen, flyers, posters, etc) Contain the appropriate information on timely manner. Help the team distribute the materials on right locations
Custumers service
• Ensure communication with customers and colleagues is fast, accurate and respectful
• Monitor negotiation standards are followed
Media and Technologies
• Cooperate with the foreignexchange.com web development
Compliance
• Check that all procedures contained in the employees manuals in regards to CE regulations and AML policies are followed.
