A Snapshot of Your Day
In the team Product Structures Management, the challenge is to create and maintain the Equipment Structure (Digital Twin) of all our gas turbines who are in operation out in the world. We put technical information and data into structure in our ERP system SAP and make it accessible for the organization. We also create and maintain Spare Part Catalogues and manage data related to Spare Parts.
The world of digital intelligence with all its possibilities are starting to influence our way of working and data quality and data consistency is the key and leverage for continuous improvement and development.
How You'll Make an Impact
* Manage the hand over process regarding product structures and technical data from delivery project to aftermarket.
* Create and maintain spare part catalogues.
* Contribute to ideation and continuous improvement of tools and processes to further enhance the management of product structures information/data. Document way of working in Instructions and Guidelines
* Be ready to contribute with your knowledge and personality as the team's representant in cross functional development projects.
What You Bring
* Good knowledge and experience of working in SAP, PLM2020 and the office applications. Experience of Winshuttle and SAP E commerce module is a merit.
* Good experience of working with process improvements as well as the ability to drive ideas all the way to implementation. Previous experience of digital solutions is a merit.
* You appreciate a diversified role, where operative tasks as well as process improvement development are part of your assignments.
* You have a good understanding of all, or parts of, our product's life cycle and know the importance of accessibility to technical data and information throughout the process.
* You are a great teammate; collaborator, communicator and networker.
* You presumedly have an academic background within engineering or equivalent experience.
About the Team
Here you will be a part of a diverse team consisting of 22 colleagues divided into two sub-teams. In our open work environment we stand for quality awareness, responsibility and helpfulness.
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
