Be part of our Functional Area Supply Chain (FASC) team and be one of the key players to get the new platform running around the world. By taking on the role as the application expert at H&M and in the FASC team, you will get large responsibility and a great chance to develop your skills! You will also get the opportunity to get to know the business, surrounding systems and interact with other stakeholders.You will be part of a growing team with approximately 40 business experts including H&M employees and consultants. As an Application Expert you will work closely with the team, the logistics business, vendors and different projects. You need to be able to understand operational details and the system landscape. This requires curiosity, high skills in communication, an analytic mind and a dedicated focus on overcoming problems.The team you will be a part of has expertise in online processes and SAP Retail. You will contribute to enabling in-house solutions as well as expanding our global business and distribution. Your responsibilitiesThe job of an application expert within the H&M group comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list can include more or less of the following tasks:Process mapping Drive Application Development with support from our Development Competence CenterSupport Cross functional initiatives Roll-out new system solutions GAP/FIT analysis and documentation Cross-functional tasks, also including project managementSupport training sessions for stakeholders connected to the Go-liveTest planning with test-leadGo-live planning with cut-over leadHand over to Application Maintenance Improve ways of workingYour skills Just like everyone within the H&M group, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, business-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. Your skills include: Mandatory requirements At least 3 year of application experience from ERP solution Experience or education within Logistics Good knowledge, both written and oral, in English and Swedish. QualifyingKnowledge of SAP ECC Retail, SAP EWM Experience in ALM, Jira, Service Manager Business process experience in SAP MM and SD Store processes Move processes Inbound & Outbound processes Inventory Management Warehouse processes You will work at a H&Ms global IT department in Marievik, Stockholm.
