What you will be doing all day
As our CTO you will have the overall responsibility for ILP’s infrastructure, software and hardware, IT-operations and other important strategic decisions that are crucial to the future of ILP. Together with our enthusiastic management team and system administrator you will plan both short and long term infrastructure projects. You are expected to oversee, direct, coordinate and work hands-on with the production pipeline, IT/systems, R&D, security and software development. All documentation, external communication and reports will be in english. Our system administrator and other key technology personel will report directly to you.
You work hard to ensure that ILP keep having a reliable, efficient and scalable technological infrastructure. This position is located in Stockholm and you will be hired directly by us.

We are seeking a CTO that wants to combine his/her passion for technology with the desire and satisfaction of leading and motivating other people. Whether you just discovered visual effects or been interested in the industry for a long time, you think visual effects is really cool and feel eager to learn more. We see you as a visionary leader that has the ability to inspire and teach your co-workers in all situations. You are eager to learn, adapt and understand ILP’s visions, needs and goals. It is crucial that you have a methodical approach where you understand the importance of structure and documentation.
You will become part of our fun and talented pirate-team in a creative and fluid environment. At ILP we are all geeks that love what we do!
Essential Skills
• Excellent programming skills and a passion for coding.
• Previous leadership experience; either by working as a CTO in a technology-focused company or by leading a development team.
• A natural skill for seeing connections and problem solving. You are an excellent communicator and have an analytical mind.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Desirable Skills
• It is a plus if you have been in contact with our industry before or worked in a company with large productions.
• Extensive scripting/programming experience.
• Previous experience of setting up pipelines and workflows.
• Previous experience in computer graphics related areas.
• Good knowledge in Swedish.
