Job Description
Do you want to work in a growing company and be thebridge between technology and business?We are looking for a CTO that wantstomanageand expandour tech team,lead our technicaldevelopment and takeSkincityto the next level.
As our CTO you will set the infrastructure and strategies for oure-platformandbe the person with technicalknowledgein our management group.You willsecure the quality,be responsiblefor andhaveaholistic perspective of our technical environment.Together with a smallteamyouwill set the futurestrategicdirectionforour technical development.
About you
Wearelooking fora person thatcaninspire andempower personal development inateam. You have previous experience in technical leadership as a tech-lead, scrum-master, product owner, CTO or maybe as a self-employed.Withadesire to work in a fast-paced companyyou willdeliver value to our customers.Further you are aprestigelessand entrepreneurial personwith a willingnessto solve problems and takeresponsibilityforboth strategic andoperational issues.
We think you have
• The capability to translate customer insights into technical requirements
• Experience in project planningandmanagement
• Experience as a leader with budget responsibility
• A keen interest in agile processes
• Experience as adeveloperor similar rolein an agile software development environment
• Fluentin Englishand Swedish
We think you are?a self-motivated individualwhocan set priorities and translate specific goals into action. To be successful in thispositionyoushouldhave the ability to carry out partnerships and cooperative work with colleaguesat all departments of the organization. You are used to work close to the business as well aswithIT and have a very good understanding of the developers'work.Experiencewithin e-commerceis also valuable.
