For this role we are looking for someone with a genuine passion for aerospace engineering. You will be working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company, work alongside accomplished, world-renowned engineers.

As the CTO of Special Projects you will be overseeing and responsible for all technical property for a special project. The task includes managing a deleopment team with several engineers, a chief technology officer (CTO) is the executive in charge of an organization's technological needs as well as its research and development (R&D). The job includes examining the short- and long-term needs of an organization and utilizes capital to make investments designed to help the organization reach its objectives.
Need to have

- Design experience in surface modelling with CATIA V5/V6
-
R&D Experience in development for production, ideally with cutting edge technologies

Experience in leading the multi-disciplinary product development process, incl, design-to-target and design for manufacturing

Expertise in technologies used in aviation

Leadership skills

Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing

Experience in managing requirements validation and verification

Interpersonal and communication skills

-
Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation.

Experience with assembling, multi-model links, design in context

Experience with PLM system

- Understanding of prototyping, production technologies, and validation procedures
- Experience with design of compsoite material
- Experience with design of sheet metal and machining parts
- Professional level of English
