About our team
Meet the CTO Business Management team. Our role is to enable the success of Nordea's CTO organisation by bridging strategic and operational initiatives, fostering collaboration across stakeholders, and driving change through innovative and effective solutions.
Main responsibilities in this role:
* Act as a trusted strategic partner to the CTO leadership team, supporting key decisions and driving initiatives to achieve Nordea's goals
* Build and maintaining strong professional relationships across Nordea, primarily in Technology, fostering collaboration and engagement with diverse set of stakeholders
* Manage and deliver strategic initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring outcomes meet high-quality standards and deadlines
* Contribute to a positive and people-focused culture, fostering teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement across the organisation
Who you are

Your background and skills include:
* Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigating complexity and collaborate across diverse levels and teams
* Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills
* Strong communicator with the ability to engage, influence, and align stakeholders effectively and with a talent for simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences
* You have a creative mindset and are passionate about driving positive change
* Proven experience in either strategic planning, project management or business support roles, preferably in large and/or complex organisations
* Strong execution skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality initiatives within set timelines
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken
It would be ideal if you also have:
* Technical knowledge or experience within Technology, preferably within infrastructure or other CTO areas
* Experience in some of the following: reporting, organising, cultural initiatives, facilitating workshops, strategy creation, or event planning
Locations: Stockholm, Helsinki, Tri-city or Warsaw.
