You work closely with Marketing & Product Management to explore new product opportunities based on current or new technology. You also work in close collaboration with business and sales managers to create an overall picture and understanding of how we best meet the market and customer to strengthen the business. In order for us to always be one step ahead, you evaluate external scientific sources and implement new technology for workflow & capacity. You lead and coach your team of about 6 people, Location is Stockholm and you report to the CEO.
This is a position for you who have a degree in civil engineering, or equivalent, and who have solid experience from R&D in a senior position. You are attracted to complex technology, have a strong sense of innovation and are used to coordinating and driving development work globally. Furthermore, you have experience of developing processes in R&D from the idea stage to launch as well as knowledge of national and international intellectual property protection.
