We are searching for passionate individuals that put the customer's needs and experience at the centre. We hope you are interested in all key aspects of the job;Direct strategic technical vision for the company and anticipate, plan and act on shifts in technology.Act as Data Protection Officer and ensure the security and privacy of our customers.Be responsible for the delivery of all software, meeting timing and quality expectations, and own the product roadmap.Manage, coach, engage, and motivate the current tech team.Align with key stakeholders and contributors across this organisation.Work with recruitment in the Product and Engineering organisation and together with the new Talent & Culture manager, and triple its size over the next 18 months.Advise on opening of off-shore development center in low cost location.As a member of the senior management team, you will communicate the progress to the company CEO, Board and its investors.You have:A proven track record of leadership in areas of technology and product.Been delivering results with software over the past 7-10 years.A clear vision of what a successful organisation looks like and how to achieve it.A broad set of interests including entrepreneurship, and fintech.A strong sense of ownership, and a commitment to reaching/exceeding targets as Qred extends its groundbreaking role as Nordic market leader in alternative SME financing.Why work at Qred?
