hela Sverige Do you have strong project management skills and like working in an international environment? Would you like to deepen and share your knowledge about Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive of the European Union (CSRD) reporting? We are now looking for a proactive and curious CSRD Project Manager.
About the role
As CSRD Project Manager at Ikano Group your main responsibilities will be:
• Lead impact assessment and implementation of the CSRD and other similar projects such as BEPS 2 for Ikano Group worldwide.
• Shape a long-term roadmap for Ikano Group 's reporting & financial risk management to ensure compliance with CSRD by considering all stakeholders across the different functions, performance measures and organisational levels.
• Lead the preparation and implementation of compliant CSRD reporting within Ikano Group worldwide.
• Develop interpretations and guidance for CSRD standards for all Ikano businesses to enable CSRD compliant reporting.
• Create and develop a manual integrating sustainability and CSRD standards to the financial reporting manual.
• Closely monitor external CSRD developments and best practice and build a network of experts on CSRD.
In this role you will collaborate closely with the CSRD reporting team and you will report to the Managing Director within Ikano AB where you also will be employed. You will be positioned in Hyllie, Malmö. Business trips to Ikano Group 's sites across Europe, Southeast Asia and Mexico will be required. This is a two-year employment.
Who are you?
You have a relevant university degree in project management, business development, sustainability or energy and 3-5 years of experience of project management. You have experience with process management systems, reporting and compliance, and also experience from ESG reporting.
To be successful in this role we would like to see that you also have experience of working cross culture in an international environment leading change management and have worked with external reporting.
As a person we believe that you are proactive, independent, analytical, and capable of managing strategic projects. You are experienced within change management and have good ability to structure, cooperate and organize your work. You are also down-to-earth, curious and enjoy working with people from different backgrounds.
Since we are an international organization, you need to be fluent in both English and Swedish.
