We are pleased to announce we are seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to join our team in Sweden.
Responsibilities:
• Manage overall project cost, schedule and budgets
• Manage Sub Contractors and other directly contracted vendors and consultants
• Analyse, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip
• Review construction proposals and related pricing & scopes
• Run and lead client & other required meetings
• Monitor & identify factors that influence construction costs to create report on this data
• Knowledge and experience with all methods of construction procurement and long lead equipment.
• Review, validate and audit cost estimates prepared by sub-contractors and others within a client's organisation
• Support engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while design-build changes take place during construction
• Track and ensure equipment are met as per the project schedule
• Coordinate and oversee scheduling consultant reviews on the project
• Review and approve final invoices, payment applications, retention payments
• Oversee and manage the transfer of the construction to the client including all close out documentation and warranties
Skills / Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience in a similar role, within Engineering, Project Delivery or related discipline
• Bachelors degree in Construction Mgmt/Engineering is preferred but not essential
• Data Centre experience is advantageous
• Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
• Proficiency in the use of MS Word & Excel is required
