Job Description
We are looking for a CS System coordinator to a large international company. You will be employed by Manpower and work as a consultant. It's a long-term assignment for at least six months and our client is located in Kista.
Key accountabilities for this job are:
• Manage/monitor service systems within the company
• System correction between Service partner
and the System engineer in HQ
• Data Analysis and support to CS improvement and Service partner
• Process development in tight cooperation with all service areas
• Communication with CS management center by email and telephone
Who are you?
You are required to have the following qualifications and experiences:
• University degree in management, engineering, IT or similar
• Fluent in English and Korean
• Experience of similar administrative tasks for 1-2 years
• Preferably experience from SAP (Sales & Distribution module)
• Good knowledge from process development and system integrations
• Very good computer skills
• Driver license

You are also a service minded team player with ability to say no if needed.
